U.S. Kustoms is a full service motorcycle shop specializing in metal fabrication, prototyping and high-end paintwork. Our combined experience allows us to build anything from simple bobbers to fuel injected bikes with GPS and superchargers. Motorcycles are our passion and we strive to make every one a work of art for our customers. We build quality one of a kind handmade bikes and parts, to suit every build level. At U.S. Kustoms we like to collaborate with our clients to create a motorcycle that is tailored to their lifestyle and taste. Craftsmanship, design, originality and innovation are our goals.
Several of our bikes have won first place awards in their class, including the Rod Custom and Motorcycle Show, the Arlen Ness Show and the Oakland Roadster Show. U.S. Kustoms had been in the bike building business for eight years. Technically Charlie started in 1983 working out of his fathers’ garage in Paradise, California, painting and customizing anything that came in his path. He started easy with a frame off ’49 Chevy Fastback project and got serious from there. Dirt bikes, mini trucks with suicide doors, VW’s and any Ford products lost their ugly and gained their cool in the early years. In 1991 Charlie relocated to the bay area working in various shops honing his welding, metal working and painting skills until 1999 when U.S. Kustoms opened it’s doors in our current location.
